
Isabela Chimelli
Associate
Isabela is a Master’s candidate in Criminology at the University of São Paulo (USP), a postgraduate student in Criminal Law and Criminology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), and holds a law degree from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). She also earned an international Certificate of Attendance in the Advanced Course on International Criminal Law from The Hague Academy of International Law (Netherlands).
Isabela is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM) and serves as Deputy Coordinator of the IBCCRIM Paraná State Coordination. She is also a member of the Human Rights Defense Commission and the Criminal Advocacy Commission of the Paraná Bar Association (OAB-PR), and a researcher in the CRIMLA – Crime in Latin America project at the University of Oslo (Norway).
