Débora Perez has worked in the criminal law field for over 20 years. She holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Criminal Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and is a specialist in Economic Criminal Law from the Institute of European Economic Criminal Law at the University of Coimbra. She earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM) and a full member of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law.

Débora was a partner at Tofic Simantob, Perez e Ortiz for 18 years, where she worked on some of the firm's most high-profile cases. She has extensive experience representing clients in complex and high-impact criminal investigations. Her practice includes advising companies, financial institutions, and associations, with a strong focus on leading internal corporate investigations.
